The Samsung Omnia 7 was announced yesterday at the Windows Phone 7 Press conference and its now available to pre-order from Three.

The Samsung Omnia 7 has a huge 4.0 inch AMOLED touch-screen which is perfect for playing Xbox Live, which comes pre-loaded on all Windows Phone 7 smartphones. A 5 mega-pixel camera is also present which has an LED flash and doubles to record 720p HD video.

The Omnia 7 is powered by a 1 GHz processor and has a 8GB of onboard memory for storing files.  Other features include a 3.5 mm headphone socket, GPS and Wi-Fi N support.

The Samsung Omnia 7 comes with a great suite of applications which include Zune Music & Video Player, Outlook Email Application, Pinch & Zoom Browser, Bing Maps, Microsoft Office and Xbox Live.

The Samsung Omnia 7 is available to pre-order now by clicking here. The actual launch date is the 21st of October and  it will be available on The One Plan for just £40 a month.
