The launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab is imminent. The launch date in Europe has been confirmed as the 1^st November.

Looking at Vodafone's website its in the "coming soon" section but with no pricing or availability date. Meanwhile the Vodafone Help Centre have nabbed one and started producing a series of introductory videos for the Samsung Galaxy Tab.

The first of these covers Task Manager Hints and Tips and can be seen in the video above. The video looks at how to open the Samsung Galaxy Tablet Task Manager and reveal all the applications you have open and how much memory they are using.

The RAM Manager confirms the position with your on-board memory. Hitting the summary tab will give you more details on programs, personal data and external and internal SD cards. There's also a help tab offering help on topics like saving battery life.
