Official press shots of the LG Optimus 7 have been leaked to the world ahead of the Microsoft press conference next week.

The LG Optimus 7 will be the first LG mobile to run on Microsoft's new Windows Phone 7 mobile operating system. 

Very little else is known about the new mobile other than its rumoured to have a 4 inch touch-screen and a 5 mega-pixel camera. We'll have to wait till October 11th when Microsoft hold its Windows Phone 7 press conferences to find out more.

Microsoft will be holding simultaneous press conferences in London and New York to unveil Windows Phone 7 to the world, which it hopes will fight back against the Android and iOS onslaught its seen of late.

Once we hear more about the LG Optimus 7 we'll let you know.
