Europe: Vodafone will begin selling the BlackBerry Storm 2 (9520) across Europe on October 26. It will be the first operator in the UK to launch the BlackBerry Storm 2.

The BlackBerry Storm 2 smartphone runs on the BlackBerry OS5, which enhances its touch-screen capability. The new touch-screen technology called “SurePress” provides tacticle feedback to the user whenever the touch-screen is pressed.

SurePress enables users to type press one part of the screen while their finger is resting on another making faster typing is possible,

The BlackBerry Storm 2 has a 3.25 inch high-resolution screen giving a great picture for multi-media playback and internet browsing.

The Blackberry Storm 2 also features a 3.2 mega-pixel camera with auto-focus, flash and video recording. It comes with 2GB of onboard memory, which is enough to store a vast number of photos or music tracks. If that isn’t enough for you the Storm2 supports up to 16GB of external memory through a microSD slot.
