The latest version of the WiNeS 3G Platform 2.1 now seamlessly supports and drastically accelerates the entire workflow of network layout validation and optimization. In particular, planning data and field measurement data can be easily combined to automatically tune the pathloss maps and to instantly identify network configuration errors or mismatching parameter settings. Based on this improved network database, the automated network optimization in the WiNeS Platform yields a significant performance increase of the network which can be predicted very exactly. The overwhelming optimization result could also be confirmed by field measurements which underlines the dramatic increase in accuracy of the planning data due to tuning with live network data.
