O2 have confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be launching on their network on November 17th.
The Galaxy Nexus is the first phone to run on the new version of Android , Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0), and will be available from O2 , Three and Vodafone. However, only O2 have confirmed the release date, but we'd expect it to be the same across all three networks.
The prices havn't yet been made available , but once we at 3G get the prices for the Galaxy Nexus we'll let you know.
The Samsung Galaxy Nexus comes with a huge 4.65 inch touch-screen running at 720p, making it the first true HD smartphone. Powering the Nexus is a dual-core 1.2 Ghz processor and 1GB of RAM, while it also has a 5 mega-pixel camera.
This Christmas is certainly going to be an interesting one with Nokia launching its first Windows smartphone, new Android 4.0 smartphones hitting the market and Apple's iPhone 4S hoping to continue the companies success.
