Orange, Orange San Francisco II
![]() |
Late last month we brought you news of a leak suggesting that Orange would be launching the San Francisco II.
We've now heard more information regarding the mobile, which is the successor to the original San Francisco. Just like it's predecessor it'll be an affordable Android smartphone.
As you'd expect the specification has been improved and it'll now have a 3.5 inch TFT touch-screen running at a resolution of 800*480 pixels. It'll be powered by an 800MHz processor and will have 512MB of on-board memory, which can be upgraded using microSD cards.
The San Francisco II will also have a 5 mega-pixel camera and will run on Android Gingerbread. 3G doesn't have a price or exact release date at this time but we'd expect it to cost around £120.
