A new Nokia Windows smartphone has appeared online with the code-name Champagne.

The information was obtained from stats present in the "I'm a WP7" application , which showed the Nokia Champagne first appeared on the 25th October.

Very little  information is known about the smartphone other than it will run on Windows Phone Tango. That's the update after Windows Phone Mango . which works as a go-between before the next big update Apollo.

With the Nokia 800 launching next week it's no surprise to see Nokia readying other smartphones for launch.  The Champagne name is just a code-name and we'll have to wait and see what the mobile is finally called.

Once we at 3G hear anything more about the Champagne or any other new Nokia smartphone you'll be the first to know.
