Blackberry have released a video outlining how its smartphone owners can download their free Premium applications.

The applications were made available to customers because of the email and messenger downtime Blackberry experienced across the UK last month. To compensate for this problem Blackberry have made £64 worth of applications and games available free to its customers.

You can view the video above to find out how to download your applications which include The Sims 3, Bejeweled, N.O.V.A., Texas Hold Em Poker 2, Bubble Bash 2, Photo Editor Ultimate, iSpeech Translator Pro and Shazam Encore.

Blackberry took a lot of criticism for the downtime and 3G isn't sure that offering free applications will be enough to appease the anger felt.
