Blackberry have made its BBM Music service available to users in the UK. The application is available to download from the Blackberry App World and comes with a 2 month free trial.

The BBM Music service has a rather unique take on music streaming because its reliant on social networking. Each user of BBM Music chooses 50 tracks which are then available to them to stream online and listen to offline. Users can change up to 25 of these tracks each month to keep their collection fresh.

However, if you then add friends on BBM Music you also get access to their 50 tracks.  This effectively gives you an unlimited amount of music for just £4.99 a month , which is a lot cheaper than its closest competitors.

3G has already declared itself a huge fan of BBM Music because it enables you to find new music which you may not have listened to and to share your music with others. Infact, you can create and share playlists and chat in real time using BBM Music.

The BBM Music application can be downloaded from the Blackberry App World right now. It comes with a 2 month free trial and is compatible with all Blackberry devices running on Blackberry OS5 and above.
