Those with an iPhone 4 have been hoping that sometime in the near future the iPhone 4 would be upgraded to support Siri.
Seen as how it runs on the same operating system as the iPhone 4S, an upgrade to Siri doesn't seem out of the question. However, in a response to a bug report an Apple employee announced they have no plans to include Siri support on any other devices.
That'll disappoint the vast number of iPhone 4 owners across the world, but it'll please all those who invested in an iPhone 4S. 3G isn't surprised at all that Apple wants to keep Siri exclusive to the iPhone 4S and we also wonder whether the iPhone 4 has the power and technology needed to drive the flawless Siri experience Apple would want users to experience.
Hacks are in production to get Siri running on the iPhone 4 and some have already proven successful, but the problem is that they can't communicate with the Apple's servers. Furthermore, they are rumoured to make the device run incredibly slow because of a lack of a required graphics chip.
