ZTE has announced the launch of the ZTE Blade smartphone in France.
The new smartphone runs on Android 2.1 and features a 3.5 inch capacitive touch-screen , which supports multi-touch and runs at a resolution of 480*800 pixels.
The ZTE Blade has a compact and stylish design and weighs just 110g. Features of the mobile include a 3.2 mega-pixel camera, FM radio, MP3 Player, GPS and Email. It's powered by a Qualcomm microprocessor and has a microUSB port charging and connecting to your PC.
It supports both Wi-Fi and 3G connectivity and comes with a 2GB microSD card. The battery in the ZTE Blade is rated for up to 8 hours standby time and 4 hours talktime , which is rather weak.
There is no news of the ZTE Blade launching in the UK, but it's possible it will because 3 have stocked ZTE devices in the past including the ZTE Racer smartphone.
