Vodafone have announced "Freebees" which are free bonuses that you get when topping up on Pay As You Go.

The new rewards are given out everytime you top up £10 and you can choose whether to have Texts and Web Or International calls as rewards.  Vodafone are suggesting that this offers customers all the benefits of a rolling 30 day contract without the need to sign-up or opt-out.

Customers topping up £10 a month will receive either 300 texts and 500MB of mobile data or 60 international calls, which will last for 30 days from the date of top-up.

As you top-up in larger amounts you get larger rewards with £15 getting you 500 texts and 500MB of mobile data or 100 international calls , while topping up £30 will get you 3000 texts and 500MB of data or 240 international calls.
