Orange has become the latest operator to add the Samsung Galaxy Tab to its network. The full list of networks currently selling the device now include O2, Vodafone, Tesco and Orange.

Orange are offering the new internet tablet for  £529, which is the same price as Tesco are charging.

You can get a 1 month contract that gives you 500MB of data for £5 a month or you can get a 12 month deal with the same data allowance and save £30 on the cost of the device.

You can also choose a £10 a month deal which gives you 1GB of data or a £15 a month deal which gives you unlimited BT Openzone WiFi. Both are available on a rolling 30 day contract and reduce the cost of the device down to £515.  You can also choose them on12 month deals , which  takes  the price of the Galaxy Tab down to £499.

It's quite hard to appraise the merits of each network because O2 is charging £100 more for the device but you get free unlimited WiFi with all its tariffs, while Vodafone is charging just £499 for the Tab,  but you don't get any WiFi.

The Orange deal seems to have found some middle ground with the option to have Wi-Fi but at a lower price-point than O2.
