New News Aggregator App for Android and Apple iOS
![]() |
Users of Android and Apple iOS smartphones will be pleased to hear of a new news aggregator called My Taptu which lets you keep up to date with your favourite news.
It's not just limited to say professional people as any news such as football, motor racing, classic cars, world news or what ever is your fancy can be delivered straight to your smartphone.
UK based Taptu have released its News Aggregator App, My Taptu for use when adding RSS Feeds which aren't tailor made for mobile screens. Interestingly, when an RSS Feed is not provided by the news site, Taptu will take the news page and downsize it to fit the mobile screen.
Once you have added your required news feeds, My Taptu provides thumbnails which link to the latest articles. You then need to open the news articles in your mobile browser and not the App itself. The App supports Twitter, Facebook, etc and RSS Feeds by browsing "streams".
My Taptu App is free to download from Android Market and the Apple iTunes Store.
