Europe : Nokia have announced two new slider phones, which are aimed at people who like eye-catching designs and are highly social.
The first of the new sliders is the Nokia 6700 slide which comes in a choice of 6 highly vibrant colours : pink, red, , petrol blue, aluminum , lime and purple.
The Nokia 6700 Slide is compact and comes with an aluminum finish meaning it feels great to touch and is small enough to fit in your pocket.
The Nokia 6700 Slide comes with a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens , which is a great camera for getting those important shots. Photos can easily be uploaded to web directly from the camera menu and it’s 3G connectivity ensures this is a speedy process.
The Nokia 6700 Slide will be available in the first quarter of 2010 and will cost around 160 Euros.
The second new Nokia slider phone is the Nokia 7230, which is also a compact slider phone that comes in eye-catching colors.
The Nokia 7230 comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera, a 2.4 display and 3G connectivity.
The Nokia 7230 enables quick access to email, instant messaging and social networks and has a subtle illumination that indicates whether you’ve missed a call or received a message.
The Nokia 7230 will also launch in the first quarter of 2010 and will cost around 100 Euros.
