Back in March we brought you news that a Pink version of Samsung's Galaxy Note had shown up in Germany and its now been confirmed its coming to the UK.
The Carphone Warehouse have announced that the Pink Galaxy Note will be available to buy from them next month. The hybrid device has been added to the "Coming Soon" page of the retailers web-site but no precise launch date or price was given.
3G can't see any reason why it shouldn't be priced identically to the other versions of the Galaxy Note, which means it should be available free on contracts starting at £20.50 a month. We'll confirm this information as and when we hear it.
The Samsung Galaxy Note is a smartphone which has been branded a hybrid device because it comes with a massive 5.3 inch AMOLED touch-screen. Samsung must have found a sweet-spot between tablets and smartphones because the device has been hugely successful with sales figures reaching 5 million.
The Galaxy Note is powered by a dual-core 1.5 Ghz processor, has an 8 mega-pixel camera and 16GB of onboard memory. It currently runs on Android 2.3, but an update to Android Ice Cream Sandwich should be available very soon.
The Samsung Galaxy Note is available in a choice of White or Black from Three where you can pickup the smartphone free on contracts starting at just £35 a month.
