BlackBerry Acquire Tungle

Tungle has been acquired by Research In Motion which of course owns BlackBerry. Both companies are Canadian.
Tungle is a scheduling application that syncs with your existing calendar. It eliminates double-bookings, time zone mishaps and the back-and-forth of finding a time to meet. It also enables you to easily schedule meetings, inside or outside your organization. Another key feature is that you can Invite others to schedule with you, without having to sign up. The video below sums it all up.
Tungle believe there isn't an industry more exciting than the smartphone and tablet markets. And RIM is a dominant player in this space.
This is exciting for BlackBerry users as Tungle will become integrated with their daily activities and be ubiquitous within the applications you're already using. When you think scheduling, Tungle should be at your fingertips.
The entire Tungle team is joining the ranks of RIM.
