|
Above shows an example of MMS. WIND is marketing the FunMail peer-to-peer MMS messaging technology under their own brand, SMSurprise, with an emphasis on the fun and unexpected nature of some of the matches the FunMail system comes up with. "MMS FunMails are always unique -- a combination of your text message and our animations and graphics," said Andy Baldocchi, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FunMail. "SMSurprise is a clever brand name, and will be sure to appeal to the 'Italian Generation Wireless' customer." The service, launched in cooperation with conVISUAL, a leading European MMS services and technology company, is the first of its kind in the Italian market, and will be promoted heavily by WIND Telecom. "WIND is an innovator in the Italian market," said Andy Baldocchi, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FunMail. "Their hip image and innovative services appeal to the youth segment, which is a great demographic for our fun and entertaining MMS services." FunMail's Magic MMS Platform enables companies to quickly create their own branded services including peer-to-peer MMS Messaging, MMS Greetings, MMS Wallpaper, MMS Comics and dynamic combination of cartoon characters and users' MMS Photos. FunMail's Professional Services group assists with content creation, service customization, hosting, deployment and distribution. |
