Those who'd prefer an unlocked smartphone will be pleased to hear that unlocking the Moto G is very simple. For just a couple of pounds you can easily unlock the mobile yourself with an unlock code bought from Ebay.
Motorola's smartphone has a 4.5-inch touch-screen display (1280*720 pixels) and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor backed up by 1GB of RAM. It comes pre-loaded with Android Jelly Bean, but the update to Android KitKat is already available for the smartphone.
Our Motorola Moto G review concluded that "The Motorola Moto G is a fantastic phone for the money. No other handset gives you close to as much for just £135, in fact you’d probably have to spend at least twice as much to get any other phone that offered as much as the Moto G."
With the price now dropping even further, the Moto G is an even more enticing proposition and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better smartphone deal in the UK.
