Three have now made the iPad Mini even cheaper on its Ultrafast network which offers browsing speeds up to double that of standard 3G. Three have also confirmed that users won't have to pay extra to upgrade to 4G when their 4G network launches later this year.

Apple's iPad Mini has a 7.9 inch display and is powered by a dual-core A5 processor. The tablet is just 7.2 mm thick and is 59 per cent lighter than the fully-fledged iPad. Apple's tablet also has a 5 mega-pixel camera and a front-facing 1.3 mega-pixel Facetime snapper.
