Owners of the hybrid device can now download the update to the latest version of Google's operating system, which brings a number of improvements over the previous iteration.
One such improvement is "Face Unlocking", which is very James Bond while it also adds the NFC-feature Beam, which is a better way to transfers files, links and information than Bluetooth. Other improvements include a totally redesigned user-interface and improved applications across the board.
Things get even better for owners of the 5.3 inch monster because Samsung have also released a "Premium Suite" , which take advantage of the Galaxy Note's S-Pen interface.
The Premium Suite includes two new applications with the first being "S-Note", which enables sketches and notes to be combined with other digital media. The other application included is "My Story" which enables you to make personalised digital cards for your friends or family.
The Samsung Galaxy Note is a power-packed device that sits somewhere between a tablet and a smartphone. You can read our full review of the Galaxy Note by clicking here.
