Skype Now Available For Symbian Mobiles

Skype has now been made available for the Symbian platform.
This is a release that affects a lot of people as Symbian is the most popular mobile operating system in the world and will enable many Nokia users to make calls using Skype.
The release for Symbian is also good news for Skype themselves as they recently had to withdraw support for Windows Mobile devices because they weren’t happy with the service they were delivering.
Skype for Symbian devices enables users to make free calls to other Skype Users, which saves money on calls and texts. You can also share pictures, videos and files over Skype as well being able to view when Skype contacts are online to instant message or call.
Skype for Symbian will work on any version of the Symbian platform and is available to download free from the Ovi Store.
