Orange Reports 3G Mobile Internet Surge and Better Pricing Deals

 

Orange says that it has nearly 2 million unique visitors a month using its 3G mobile internet services. There has also been a huge increase in mobile internet useage and in particular via social networking useage.

 

In line with the upsurge in demand, Orange has reassessed its Dolphin and Panther packages. In addition new customers and those upgrading will be offered a 30 day free trial of one of Orange’s entertaining mobile services.

 

The Dolphin tariff now includes 3G mobile internet, unlimited texts and email with prices starting at twenty pounds a month.

 

The  Panther tariff comes with unlimited 3G mobile internet, unlimited texts, unlimited email, 50 photo messages pm, four multimedia services as standard and sat nav via Orange Maps with prices starting at thirty pounds a month.

 

The free multimedia trial offered to upgrading and new customers lasts for one month and users will be able to sample any one of the top six multimedia services ( Orange Games Zone, Sky News and Sports, mobile internet, email, sat nav with Orange Maps or photo messaging ) and then after the trial ends pay £5 a month to continue.

 

At just £5 a month, Orange Games Zone offers every customer two free games from the Orange Games catalogue.  Games are downloaded in full and gamers keep their games even after they have unsubscribed from the service. Subscribers also enjoy a 20% discount on all games purchased over their allocated two gaming credits.

 

Orange is also bringing back Canary on pay monthly, with customers who love to talk and text receiving unlimited texts and more minutes.  While the refreshed Racoon tariff is perfect for customers wanting to keep in touch, now with more minutes as well as unlimited landline calls.
