The London Taxi App has the current London Taxi Tariff calculator inbuilt into it which also includes a traffic congestion fare rate added into the calculation. This also varies for the time of day as congestion time varies.

The London Taxi App for the iPhone allows you to : check the fare for a taxi between two points anywhere in London, uses the iPhone’s GPS and iPhone maps to make the calculations and predict the best route, and has preset points of interest such as tourist attractions, landmarks, train stations, tube stations and airports.
