We’ve more good news for Blackberry owners to compliment yesterday’s news that the iPlayer is available on Blackberry smartphones. IM+, which is the latest instant messaging program to gain prominence, is now available for Blackberry mobiles.
It tries to catch all instant messaging users in one application by supporting all the major instant messaging clients including MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, Facebook and Skype. This means that you’ll only need one application to communicate with contacts from all these sources.
Amazingly, IM+ is capable of translation foreign languages “on the fly”, which is a major bonus for instant messaging users.
The IM+ application is available free from and is supported by adverts. However, those wanting an ad-free experience can pay for the application. The full edition also includes some additional extra including voice controls and push email notification.
You can download IM+ from the Blackberry App World right now.
