A new application called ATM Hunter has been launched by MasterCard for BlackBerry users.

ATM Hunter enables you to locate the nearest ATM machine wherever you are in the world. The database includes machines that are inside restaurants, airports and retail stores as well as those at the bank.

The software needs GPS coverage to function fully but can also work without GPS by using the Mastercard database of ATM locations. You can easily customize the application so that it shows you a bank where you can deposit money, one with wheelchair access or 24 hour ATM access.

The ATM Hunter application is available free from the BlackBerry App World right now.
