| New Power Amps for NEC 3G Phones |

The RF3133 is being used in the NEC N331i phone for Europe and in the N700 and N708 phones for China. The RF3140 is being used in the NEC 616 phone for the worldwide 3G market. These compact phones feature advanced capabilities, including color screens, integrated cameras and Internet access. Mr. Yoshiharu Tamura, general manager of NEC Mobile Terminals Division, said, "NEC prides itself on offering consumers superior performing phones with advanced functionalities. We selected RFMD's PowerStar power amplifier modules with integrated power control due to their small size and their ability to considerably reduce the amount of time it takes to implement transmitter power control. RFMD's PowerStar products help us save time, reduce costs and more quickly bring our handsets to market."
