It looks like we’re fast approaching the launch of the LG G Watch, as rumours point to it arriving on July the 1st, but there’s still a whole lot we don’t know about it.

However a fairly comprehensive specs leak sheds a lot of light on it. The leak is from @upleaks and contains a lot of information including the fact that it will apparently have a 400 mAh battery with a standby time of 36 hours and a charge time of under two hours. So in real terms that probably means you’ll be charging it daily, but at least it won’t take long to do.

The twitter tipster also claims that the LG G Watch will have a 1.65 inch screen with a resolution of 280 x 280 and a pixel density of 240 pixels per inch, which isn’t too shabby.

Power wise it will apparently have 512MB of RAM and a Snapdragon 400 processor and it will include 4GB of internal storage.

The wearable’s dimensions come in at 37.9 x 46.5 x 9.95mm and it apparently weighs a fairly light 61g. It will also apparently support Bluetooth 4.0 LE and include various sensors, such as a pedometer, tilt, ambient and touch sensors.

The specs dump also details support for email, SMS, memo taking and a stop watch, however unlike the Samsung Gear 2 it seemingly won’t have a camera.

We already know that the watch will run Android Wear, be waterproof and have an always on display, so all in all it’s looking like it could be a fairly impressive device. There’s no confirmation on price yet but it’s expected to retail for around £180.

Did you know? Motorola are also working on their own smartwatch and it looks stunning.
