Tesco has now launched the iPhone 4 on its network and the deals are really quite good value.

The iPhone 4 launch took place today and its been suggested that stock levels were very low and its not surprising having seen the huge queues forming outside Apple stores.

The deals on Tesco are the cheapest yet with the handset available free on a contract that costs just £45 a month. Other operators offer the iPhone free only on £60 a month contracts.

On the £45 month tariff you get Unlimited Minutes, Texts and 1GB of mobile data and unlimited WiFi. When you consider that Tesco use the O2 network the deal becomes even more appealing.

Tesco are also offering the iPhone 4 on 12 month contracts, which do incur high handset costs, but might appeal to people who don't want to be locked into a long contract.

Tesco are also offering the iPhone 4 on Pay As You and the 16GB version costs £479 , while the 32GB costs £569.
