Users of the Nokia X6 32GB will be pleased to hear that its their turn to benefit from a firmware update. The new firmware update ( v20.0.005 ) was announced 2 months ago but can be downloaded via the Nokia Software Updater or directly Over the Air onto your Nokia X6. See note below.

The new firmware update for the Nokia X6 32GB brings better kinetic scrolling in the User Inerface which means easier movement around the UI, some new Apps such as Ovi Sync which provides online email backup from your Nokia X6 and an overall more stable and better performance from your X6.

Note : We need to point out that the Nokia Software Updater in both US and Europe does not actually list the Nokia X6 32GB as yet but we are confident it will do shortly.

As with all updates its recommended you back up your Nokia X6 to PC before starting the firmware update.
