Nokia 3G Tablet PC Rumoured
![]() |
News has leaked from China that Nokia is aiming to launch a 3G Tablet PC sometime in the last 3 months of this year. Well respected technology website “Digitimes” has said that there are already 100 prototypes which have been built and are currently undergoing development testing.
Digitmes analyst, Joseph Tsai, said that the 3G Tablet PCs were made by Foxconn based in Hong Kong and China. Its interesting to note that Foxconn also made the Nokia Booklet 3G mini-laptop for Nokia. So there's a proven link between Nokia and Foxconn hence the rumour becomes more real. More here.
Industry sources expect the 3G Tablet PC from Nokia to have the MeeGo Operating system onboard, screen size of between 7 and 9 inches and an ARM processor. That’s it for now and as soon as we learn more we will post it here.
