Samsung Galaxy Apollo Appears On Orange
![]() |
The Samsung Galaxy Apollo has appeared on the Samsung Website.
The details on the Samsung site are rather sketchy but luckily for us Orange have also put details of the mobile on their site.
The Galaxy Apollo will have a 3.2 inch touch-screen and will run on the Android operating system. It’s thought the mobile runs on Android 2.1, which is the current version but is soon to be eclipsed by Android 2.2.
A 5 mega-pixel camera will also feature and has a 4* digital zoom and autofocus making it perfect for snapping all those magic moments
.
The Galaxy Apollo supports both 3G and WiFi for all your internet requirements. An FM radio is also present along with an MP3 player.
Worryingly on the site it states the mobile supports up to 1GB of external memory, but we hope that it’s a mistake and means it comes with a 1GB microSD card because a maximum of 1GB storage is rather low.
No release date or prices are available but we’ll let you know when we get more details.
You can read all about the mobile and register for update on the Orange site by clicking here.
