![]() |
Altek have announced a new smartphone called the Leo, which features a 14 mega-pixel camera.
Altek are a Taiwanese company that manufactures digital cameras. However, all their devices are produced OEM and then re-branded by other companies which is why most people haven’t heard of them.
The Altek Leo will have a 14 mega-pixel camera with a full optical zoom with an extendable lens, just like you see on all top digital cameras Additionally it has a Xenon flash , as well as a video light for recording videos.
Rumours on the internet suggest that the Altek Leo will run on the Android platform, but as yet this hasn’t been confirmed by Altek itself.
So there we have it, the first 14 mega-pixel camera mobile will be launched by Altek which wouldn’t have been easy to predict.
Once we hear more we’ll be sure to let you know.
