Also INNO 55 tried to increase the actual use of its variety menus by making its path shorter and convenient to reach the sub-menus. Innostream has gained quite an impressive market share and reputation in Asia. Especially in Taiwan, INNO 90 has ranked atop at the Taiwanese mobile phone website (www.eprice.com.tw) against global leaders such as Samsung, Nokia and Motorola. Innostream has been trying to penetrate into European market and had made quite a progress so far by successfully launching its product to UK, German, France, Italy and Greece etc. With mobile market’s competition getting stiffer than ever before with Nokia’s price-cut and China’s move to put the brakes on its runway economy among the 15 major countries worldwide, Innostream is trying to grow its market share by enhancing its brand image and providing a competitive product. It’s essential to capture the heart of Europeans in order to expand and diversify the market since Europe is the biggest GSM market. With participation of 3GSM in Cannes and CeBit, Innostream is making its moves to strengthen the focus in Europe market with its early experience of successful penetration into Asian market by providing a reliable product and building a promising relationship with its partners. Now Innostream is hoping to gain its market share in Europe by adding aggressive marketing strategy to it.
