Europe : The Espirito Santo Bank is the first Portuguese financial institution to provide its customers a relationship with the Bank through the technologies of 3ª Generation of telemóveis (3G or UMTS).

Among these, the more frequent a disponibilização, to the customer of the Bank, of equipment in conditions of special price and credit, access to the consultations and operations through the telephone and the disponibilização of canals of access to the vídeochamada Bank are distinguished for, for attainment of financial aconselhamento in any hour and place.

João) and to a reduced number of Private Managers, this projecto could be widened to other Balconies in function of the level of adhesion of the customers, of its evaluation of the advantages of the technology and the results gotten to the level of the reinforcement of the accompaniment effectiveness.

Also Line BES 360 starts to be available with the vídeochamada service of? for customers with equipment that includes this functionality -, assuring the installment of a service?com face? exactly in the remote canals and complementing the central paper of manager BES 360 in the personalized financial aconselhamento. Also the objectivo is here to test the impact of the technology of vídeochamada in the reinforcement of the accompaniment effectiveness and fidelização of the customers. In order to provide to the immediate access to the benefits of 3ª Generation of telemóveis, the BES launched for 360 customers BES a campaign of acquisition of equipment TMN i9 3G Siemens U15, with auricular bluetooth and handle of data, for 649,90 EUR (PVP of 699EUR). This campaign still includes the possibility of on instalments gratuitous access of six months and it offers exclusive of 360 messages MMS.
