The ZTE Grand X was unveiled at the end of last month and we've now got confirmation that the smartphone will be launching in the UK.
Virgin Media and Phones 4U have announced they'll be stocking the smartphone which will be available for £190 on Pay As You Go. Alternatively, ZTE's Grand X is available free on contracts starting at just £24 a month or £19 a month for current Virgin customers.
The Grand X is ZTE's flagship smartphone and comes with a 4.3 inch touch-screen (960*540 pixels), which is of a far higher quality than you normally expect on ZTE's smartphones, which in the past have normally been firmly in the affordable bracket.
Powering the ZTE Grand X is a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor running at a clock-speed of 1.5 Ghz. This power enables the smartphone to run Android Ice Cream Sandwich quickly and smoothly and opens up the possibillity for a future upgrade to Jelly Bean.
The ZTE Grand X also has 4GB of on-board memory, a rear-facing 8 mega-pixel camera and a 0.3 mega-pixel front-facing snapper. Supported connectivity includes 3G, Bluetooth and WiFi. 3G hope to review the ZTE Grand X shortly because it looks like it could offer great value !
