Silverlight Available on Symbian Mobiles !

Microsoft Silverlight, which is a web technology that is in competition with Flash, is now available on Symbian devices.
Silverlight enables users to to take advantage of Hardware assisted Media playback, Smooth media streaming and rich web apps. Support for Silverlight is currently limited to Symbain^1 devices which includes the Nokia N97, N97 Mini and 5800 XpressMusic.
You can download the Silverlight application for free from the Ovi Store right now!
In related news Silverlight is not yet available on Windows smartphones but will come pre-loaded on Windows Mobile 7 when it launches.
