Firefox 1.1 Released On Nokia N900

Mozilla has released Firefox 1.1 for the Nokia N900 .
Firefox 1.1 uses the same browser engine as Firefox 3.6 for desktop, which has then been optimized to run on the Nokia N900 .
Mozilla have listened to feedback from consumers and have consequently brought improvements to the new version , which include increased reliability , responsiveness and performance.
One major improvement is plug support, with multiple plugins now supported included an Adblock Plus so you never get annoying pop-ups and Youtube enabler to watch videos on Youtube. There are many more add-ons which can be viewed on the Mozilla website.
Another new feature is the ability to save web-pages as PDF files onto your mobile, so you can view content offline or quickly.This is useful for saving things like receipts or aeroplane boarding passes.
You can also now browse the internet in a choice of either portrait or landscape mode. Autocomplete improvements have been added for easily filling in forms , you can now personalize your start-page and the Nokia N900 volume rocker can now be used to zoom in and out.
