Technologies introduced The Edge, an alliance program designed to promote
cooperation and knowledge-sharing between communications application developers,
content providers and industry technology leaders.
Under The Edge alliance program, members will work with Glenayre to develop, market and deliver next-generation communications solutions for service providers around the world. Glenayre plans to integrate these solutions into its Versera™ Solution portfolio, extending the capabilities of its enhanced messaging, unified communications, voice services, information services and multimedia messaging solutions.

Members of The Edge alliance program will benefit from an extensive range of resources, including joint marketing, product integration, and lead generation programs. Alliance partners will also be eligible for certification of their VoiceXML and multimodal solutions on the Glenayre platform.
As part of the company’s continuing efforts to help its customers succeed in the business of communications, The Edge alliance program joins Glenayre’s Strategist Program , which provides Glenayre customers with marketing support for the effective deployment of enhanced services, and Glenayre Care, a professional services and support program.
