NetHawk Probe is an intelligent data acquisition tool for GSM/GPRS and UMTS networks. It provides the means to access the data in mobile networks and refine it into a value-added asset i.e. the data that is there in the network can be turned to real asset. NetHawk Probe effectively pre-processes the data already at the monitoring site. This capability assures that the measurement system is able to handle the growing amounts of data when 3G networks take place. The most valuable data is already sorted out at the monitoring site reducing the need for data post-processing in later stages. Open interfaces allow the building of applications for refining the data into knowledge for customers’ specific purposes.
