The UK retailer Phones 4u are launching their own mobile network in March of this year , which is sure to offer great value to UK consumers. The even better news is that the new network , called LIFE Mobile, will be a 4G network !
Phones 4u's new network is an MVNO (Mobile-Virtual-Network-Operator) running through EE's network. EE are the only operator in the UK currently offering 4G , while they also have the biggest 3G and 2G networks in the country.
LIFE Mobile will launch in March and will offer 4G later in the year. We don't have any exact details when the 4G network will go live, but we predict it'll launch when the other major operators launch their 4G networks.
Phones 4u will be offering a wide range of tariffs and handsets on their LIFE Mobile network and you can expect it be significantly cheaper than EE's network. Any fresh competition is good news especially when it comes to offering 4G in the UK , so we welcome the new MVNO.
As soon as 3G get more news about Phones 4u's new LIFE Mobile network we'll let you know !
