LG Optimus G2 Appears In Teaser Video | 3G.co.uk

LG are going to be unveiling a whole range of new devices at CES 2013 , which begins next week in Las Vegas. The Korean company have now issued a teaser video for their press conference which will take place on January 7th.

In the video you get a glimpse of an unnamed smartphone which various online sources have suggested is the LG Optimus G2. You can't tell a great deal from the video but it looks as though LG's smartphone will have an edge-to-edge display with almost zero visible bezel.

Fortunately, previous rumours have given us some indication on what to expect from LG's new flagship smartphone. Firstly, we know that LG has developed the LG Optimus G2 to compete directly with Samsung's Galaxy S4 , so it'll be a high-end smartphone.

The specification of the Optimus G2 is rumoured to include a 5 inch touch-screen which will run at 1928*1080 pixels. That'll make it one of the best displays on the market especially when you factor in the bezel-less design.

LG's Optimus G2 is also expected to be powered by a 2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, have 3GB of RAM and will run on Android Key Lime Pie. We're also pretty confident it'll support 4G and will have a camera somewhere around 13 mega-pixels.

The LG Optimus G2 will be unveiled next week at CES 2013 and should go to launch in around May. As soon as 3G get more information about the smartphone you'll be the first to know.
