LG launched the original Optimus G back in the summer of 2012 and now they unveiled a new smartphone in the range. The LG Optimus G Pro is a premium Android smartphone that will launch in Japan in April , before rolling out to other markets shortly after.
The LG Optimus G Pro comes with an incredible specification which includes a 5 inch touch-screen running at 1920*1080 pixels. The display supports full HD multimedia content , while the large size improves the smartphones usability.
Quad-core processor have quickly become the new standard in premium smartphones and the LG Optimus G Pro continues the trend. The mobile is powered by a 1.7 Ghz quad-core Snapdragon processor which works in combination with 2GB of RAM.
Battery life on modern smartphones is notoriously bad, but thankfully LG have included a 3000 mAh battery inside the Optimus G Pro. On-board memory weighs in at 32GB which can be expanded using microSDXC which supports capacities up to 2TB.
LG's Optimus G Pro will also have a stunning 13 mega-pixel camera which has also quickly become standard on all next-gen smartphones. While, it also supports 4G LTE and comes pre-loaded with Android Jelly Bean.
We're pretty impressed by both the specification and the design of the LG Optimus G Pro and as soon as 3G get more news about LG's smartphone we'll let you know !
