At the end of last year we unveiled that HTC would be unveiling their next flagship Android smartphone at this years Mobile World Congress in February. However, it looks like we could see the HTC M7 even earlier than we originally expected.

Trusted leakers Football4PDA have reported that HTC will unveil the M7 at CES 2013 which takes place next week in Las Vegas. That's a whole month earlier than we previously thought but we'll just have to wait until next week to see if the information proves correct.

The only other information highlighted in this new leak is that HTC's M7 could come with touch-screen buttons as opposed to physical hardware ones. Fortunately, previous leaks have given us plenty of detail on what to expect from HTC's smartphone.

The HTC M7 will have a huge 4.7 inch touch-screen which will run at a resolution of 1920*1080 pixels giving the display a PPI of 468. However, things get even better because it'll incorporate SoLux technology giving it better colour representation , viewing angles and outdoor performance.

HTC's M7 will also be a real powerhouse with a 1.7 Ghz quad-core Snapdragon processor and 2GB of RAM rumoured to be included. You'll also have more than enough memory to store your music, documents and videos thanks to the M7's 32GB of on-board memory.

Other features expected to be included in the HTC M7 include a 13 mega-pixel camera, Beats Audio technology and support for 4G. The smartphone will run on Android Jelly Bean which is the very latest release of Google's operating system.

3G will be reporting all the news from CES when it begins next week which we hope will include the unveiling of the HTC M7.
