ZTE Tania Launching Next Month
![]() |
The ZTE Tania was first announced back in September and we've finally got a launch date for the Windows smartphone.
Online retailer "The Clove" have added the smartphone to its site where they've listed the launch date as February 13th. The price has also been listed at £250, which seems reasonable.
The Tania is the first Windows smartphone produced by ZTE and comes with a great specification at an affordable price.
The ZTE Tania has a 4.3 inch touch-screen (800*480p), 1 Ghz processor, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of onboard memory. You also get a 5 mega-pixel camera and support for WiFi and 3G. It runs on Windows Phone Mango, which is the latest version of Windows operating system !
We don't know whether any operators will stock the smartphone, but if the folks at 3G had to guess we'd say Three are the most likely to adopt the device due to their history with ZTE devices. If we hear anymore we'll be sure to let you know.
