Earlier today we brought you news that the Samsung Galaxy S Advance was expected to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress in a couple of weeks time.

Well that is now certain because operator Three have confirmed they will be offering the device, which will be showcased in Barcelona next month.

Three have also released a promo-video featuring the Galaxy S Advance, which is an updated version of the original Galaxy S.

The Samsung Galaxy S Advance will have a 4 inch Super AMOLED touch-screen, 1 Ghz dual-core processor and a 5 mega-pixel camera. The only downside to the mobile is that it runs on Android Gingerbread, but its possible it'll be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich in the future.

The video posted above showcases the mobile, which 3G thinks looks very stylish with a minimalist curved design. The specification isn't cutting edge, but that should be reflected in the price which should be far below that of premium smartphones like the Galaxy SII.
