HTC Flyer To Get Ice Cream Sandwich ?
Android Ice Cream Sandwich, HTC, HTC Flyer

When HTC announced which of its devices would be upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0) last year, the HTC Flyer wasn't included in the list.
However, HTC customer services reported to users that the HTC Flyer would be upgraded to Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Users rang up to complain about problems with the Honeycomb operating system on the HTC Flyer and were told that an update to Android 4.0 was due in the first quarter of 2012.
It's possible that customer services got confused, but owners of the HTC Flyer will be hoping the information proves correct. As soon as the folks at 3G hear any new information we'll let you know.
The HTC Flyer is a decent tablet that has a 7 inch touch-screen, a 1.5 GHz processor, 5 mega-pixel camera and 1GB of on board memory. It was upgraded to Android Honeycomb at the end of last year and the specification should be enough to run Android 4.0 smoothly.
