The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro is a great Android phone for those who want a mid-range smartphone which is super compact.

A successor to the mobile has now been leaked by Chinese website IT168, where pictures and a basic specification have appeared. The device seems to retain the same name, although that could easily change by the time of launch. 

The new Xperia X10 Mini Pro has an upgraded processor to an 800 Mhz  offering and an increase in ram to 384MB (from 128MB), which should give the mobile a nice speed boost. It will still feature a sliding QWERTY keyboard, which seems to have an extra vertical row of buttons than the original.

The Xperia X10 Mini Pro is expected to launch with Android 2.3 and will have a 3 inch touch-screen display.
