Samsung Galaxy S Android 2.2 Update Finally Available On Orange

Orange have finally made Android 2.2 (Froyo) available for the Samsung Galaxy S.

Samsung originally released the SIM-free version of the update back in November and rival operator Three rolled out the update at the start of December.

Needless to say , Orange customers were not happy with the delay on their network and made their views known on the Orange forum.

The update is now available to download via Kies and it will improve the smartphone significantly.

The Android 2.2 update brings the ability to use your phone to create a personal Wi-Fi hotspot, the capability to install applications microSD cards and full Adobe Flash support.

You can download the update right and don't forget to backup your data !
